Graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Coimbra in 1996, he began his professional career early in the field of adult education and training. Dedicated to pedagogy/andragogy, he specialized in Training Management and since 2002 has led projects as an administrator of Rui Pena & Associates, the Comenius Cooperative, and Tecnisign. He participated in the development of the Project Planning Methodology by Objectives (an Action Training methodology used by the Portuguese Business Association) and coordinated diagnostics and studies in the training field. In 2017, he implemented a Qualifica Center, which he has coordinated since then, marking a distinctive position with the enhancement of professional RVCC. An enthusiast of Distance Learning via the Internet, he saw the 2020 pandemic as an opportunity to disseminate in Portuguese society a vision of training with a format that follows the best and most innovative international practices.
