Manuel Malfeito Ferreira | Associate Professor at the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, specialist in wine microbiology and consumer behavior. He is the author of courses and the book “Mastering the Art of Enjoying Wine,” where he explores the cultural perspective of wine, which he calls “Enosophy.”

– Suzana Ferreira-Dias | Associate Professor at ISA – ULisboa, specialist in Oil and Fat Technology. She coordinates LET, a laboratory dedicated to olive oil analysis, and is part of the expert group of the International Olive Council, appointed by the European Union.
– Liliana Perestrelo | Environmental Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Food Safety, she is CEO and co-founder of NATURALFA. She has dedicated her career to sustainability and enhancing the agri-food sector, focusing on certification and supporting producers.
– Francisco Carvalho | Agronomist Engineer from ISA, he is a consultant at Concerta, where he leads sustainability projects in the agri-food sector, such as RNCSSV and PSA. He advocates efficiency and continuous improvement as key to generating value in companies.
– Nuno Rodrigues | PhD in Biosystems Engineering, he is a Researcher at the Mountain Research Center (IPB) and Professor at ESAB. Specialist in olive oil and table olives, he leads the only Portuguese panel dedicated to their physicochemical and sensory evaluation.
– Joaquim Miguel Costa | PhD in Production Ecology from Wageningen University, he is a Professor and Researcher at ISA. Specialist in vine ecophysiology and sustainable viticulture, he was awarded by the OIV for the book “Improving Sustainable Viticulture and Winemaking Practices.”

Cristina Carlos, é doutorada em Ciências Agrárias e Florestais pela Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro desde 2017 e licenciada em Engenharia Agrícola pela mesma Universidade desde 2000. Entre 1999 e 2021 trabalhou como técnica superior na Associação para o Desenvolvimento da Viticultura Duriense (ADVID), onde prestou apoio técnico nas áreas da viticultura sustentável, biodiversidade funcional e controlo biológico por conservação. Em 2022, começou a trabalhar na Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), como Professora Auxiliar, lecionando unidades curriculares relacionadas com a viticultura e conservação do solo. Isaura Castro tem licenciatura em Engenharia Agrícola (1997), mestrado em Recursos Genéticos e Melhoramento de Espécies Agrícolas e Florestais (2005) e doutoramento em Genética (2011). É professora auxiliar na UTAD, membro integrado do CITAB e do Inov4Agro, vice-diretora do doutoramento em Enologia e Viticultura e membro do grupo Genetic Resources and Vine Selection da CNOIV. Tem realizado investigação no âmbito da caracterização molecular da diversidade de diversas culturas, com ênfase nos recursos genéticos da videira, particularmente nos Vinhos Verdes, Douro e Trás-os-Montes e ao estudo das respostas moleculares da videira a stresses bióticos e abióticos [https://www.cienciavitae.pt/en/501C-EB39-6C1B]

Luís Pádua é doutorado em Informática pela Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD) desde 2021. Atualmente, é Investigador na UTAD, integrando o Centro de Investigação e Tecnologias Agro-Ambientais e Biológicas (CITAB) e o Laboratório Associado Inov4Agro. A sua investigação centra-se na aplicação de tecnologias digitais à agricultura e viticultura de precisão, incluindo deteção remota, veículos aéreos não tripulados, machine-learning e sistemas de apoio à decisão. Desenvolve também métodos de processamento digital de imagem para estimar parâmetros das culturas.
