EXPONOR – Feira Internacional do Porto, hereinafter referred to as “Exponor,” is a private non-profit association that respects the privacy of its interlocutors. Exponor’s Privacy Policy aims to inform who we are, the purposes for which we collect personal data, how we process it, with whom we share it, how long we retain it, as well as how to contact us and exercise your rights.

In certain cases, Exponor will act as a subcontractor, processing your data on behalf of another entity, which will act as the data controller, particularly in cases of funded programs or other types of partnerships.

Exponor is committed to processing personal data lawfully and transparently.
Personal data will only be collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes and will not be processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.

WHY WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION
When you fill out the contact forms available on our Website, the personal data provided – such as name, email, phone number, or address – are collected by Exponor and processed to respond to the requests made.
When you register for one of our actions, some of your personal data may be shared with co-organizing entities of the said action.
By providing contacts, Exponor may contact you for marketing purposes related to the services it provides, provided you have consented to the processing of personal data for this purpose. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email. You may cancel this data processing at any time.
Your consent is essential for Exponor to process your personal data for the aforementioned purposes; however, if you choose not to give your consent, your visit and use of our Website will not be affected.

Exponor will retain and store the data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes that motivated its collection and processing, except in cases where there is a specific legal requirement.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Exponor is committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected. However, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure, and thus, we cannot fully guarantee the security of information transmitted through our Website.
Exponor has been adopting various security measures to protect personal data from any unlawful use, as well as requiring its partners to adopt security measures equivalent to those it practices.
We do not sell or otherwise commercially make your information available to any third party. Exponor is committed to keeping your information confidential in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
IMAGE CAPTURE AND COLLECTION
We inform you that Exponor, within the scope of managing the public events it organizes, will capture video, sound, and photographic images to promote and disseminate the activities it promotes. These images and sound, as Exponor’s property, may be disseminated through any of the dissemination means used by Exponor, as well as archived by legal provision or in pursuit of Exponor’s legitimate interest.
Thus, by accessing the location where the events take place, as well as the adjacent areas, the data subject irrevocably accepts that Exponor records video, sound, and photographic images for the previously described purpose.
If you do not accept this procedure, we ask that you do not access the physical space that may be recorded.
